Lodging Minimums and Capacities:​

• Full Camp w/Self Cooking (120 people - 160 people)

• North Area (30 people - 60 people)

• South Area (20 people - 40 people)

• Simington House Area (15 people - 28 people)

• North & Simington Areas (45 people - 88 people)

• South Area & Uptown Cabins (35 people - 70 people)

• Tent Camping (10 people - 60 people)

 

Lodging With Meal Service (min. 30 people):

• 1 Night, 3 Meals - $105 per person

• 2 Nights, 5 Meals - $144 per person

• 3 Nights, 8 Meals - $214 per person

• 4 Nights, 11 Meals - $269 per person

• 5 Nights, 14 Meals - $321 per person

• 6 Nights, 17 Meals - $332 per person

• More than 6 nights, add a night with 3 meals for $65 per person

• Additional Meals $13.00 per person

Lodging Without Meal Service:

Self-cooking *

• 1 Night - $75 per person

• 2 Nights - $94 per person

• 3 Nights - $131 per person

• 4 Nights - $176 per person

• 5 Nights - $221 per person

• 6 Nights - $264 per person

• More than 6 Nights, add a night for $44 per person

*Self Cooking is allowed in Chuck House Kitchen and Simington House only. Simington House cooking facilities do not include a stove/oven. A BBQ grill is provided upon request.

Tent Camping (Group):

$34.75 per person/per night (10 people - 60 people)

 

Non-Lodging Rates:

Early Arrival (before 4pm), Late Departure (after 2pm), Meetings, Day Use (Picnics, etc.)

• $3 per person/per hour, for extra time

• $32 maximum per person

• Minimum charge is $500 for group

• Additional Building Use - Rates vary (Contact Lazy W for price & availability)

• Minimum guarantees apply and vary by area reserved
